Copy of power of Attorney:
A Power Of Attorney duly authorized/attested/Issued by the foreign employer to carry out the processing of the recruitment of employees. It authorizes “United Placement and Employment Services (P.) Ltd. “to be true and lawful attorney and agent in Nepal.”


Copy of Demand letter: A true and duly authenticated copy of demand from the employers containing detail of the vacancy demand.


Copy of Employment contract: A specimen copy of employment contract / service agreement disclosing all the benefits, facilities and perks.
A copy of visa advice /NOC.Etc


Letter to the consular by Employer:

Guarantee Letter from Employer Company: Letter written to the Nepalese Government mentioning the guarantee of the job and lawful treatment of the hired employees.


Agreement: Agreement between recruitment agency like UPES and the employer company
